Overview

Built for high-value conversations

Custom exhibits should be designed to put your sales team in front of your target market. The sample projects highlighted below show the shape of that work: a purpose-built island booth where every zone, sightline, and material choice is designed to drive conversations with buyers

The booth is not the product. The conversations inside it are.

01 · Concept to completion

Custom trade show displays, from rendering to show floor

A rendering makes the idea visible. The completed exhibit proves that the design can be engineered, fabricated, and delivered with the same visual hierarchy intact. These examples pair approved concepts with client-owned photographs from the show floor.

Axglo · Custom island exhibit

A high-visibility island designed around the product

The concept centers the booth on a tall branded tower, illuminated product pedestals, and open approaches from every aisle. The completed custom trade show display carries that same structure and product-first experience onto the show floor.

02 · The approach

Design-build, one accountable team

Godfrey Group runs custom projects as a single design-build engagement. The same team that shapes the concept engineers it, fabricates it, and stands behind it at the show. The sequence below describes the standard working process for a custom exhibit.

  1. Phase 1

    Discover

Show, space, audience, and sales objectives. What does this booth need to make happen?

  2. Phase 2

    Design

Concept renderings, floor plan, and material direction reviewed against the brief and the budget.

  3. Phase 3

    Engineer & fabricate

Structure, lighting, power, and cable management built into the architecture, not taped on after.

  4. Phase 4

    Deliver & support

Logistics, installation, and on-site support so the booth performs for the full run of the show.

03 · More concepts brought to life

Built to match the vision

Different brands need different visitor experiences. Stitch creates a store-like environment for browsing. SPRO organizes a large product assortment beneath a high-impact hanging sign. In both cases, the completed custom trade show booth preserves the organizing idea established in the rendering.

Stitch · Branded retail environment

A showroom experience built for discovery

Wall merchandising, central product tables, and clear sightlines turn the exhibit into a temporary retail environment. The completed booth maintains the layout while adding the depth, lighting, and product density of the live experience.

One recognizable brand above a full product assortment
