Steps for converting Freehand Documents

Save page as .eps
Open the file in Illustrator and compare with Freehand original. Look closely for problems with gradients as they sometimes do not convert properly! If everything looks OK, outline fonts and save.
Provide all placed images.
Provide color hardcopy from original Freehand file if possible.
