Artwork Submission

You may submit your artwork in several ways depending on file size and time constraints.

CD or DVD:
This is our standard and preferred method for receiving artwork. Large format graphic files with any kind of photography are often quite large in size and cannot be emailed and are very time consuming and problematic to download! In preparing your disks, only include files which are relevant to your project. This would include your layout files, any linked images, logos and perhaps fonts. Do not include unnecessary or unrelated files on your disks. Please send your disks directly to your Godfrey Group account representative and clearly indicate on all disks your project name, your name, your address and phone number. And remember, please send color hardcopy of your artwork along with your disks.

Send to:
The Godfrey Group
Attn: Your Account Rep
4102 S, Miami Blvd
Durham, NC 27703

EMAIL:
Emailed files under 5mbs can be emailed to your Godfrey Group Project Manager. Emailed art can also be sent to "art@godfreygroup.com" including your Godfrey Group Project Manager's name and the company name for the order that has been placed. If you have multiple files please put them all in one folder, if still under 5MB and send files using a compression utility such as "Zippit" or "Stuffit". Please keep in mind, reducing your file size in order to email for a non- vector file may compromise your resolution quality.

YOUSENDIT.COM:
This is an internet-based file transfer utility we use for emergency situations and for overseas clients. No FTP software is required. You MUST obtain your account reps authorization before using this service, and they must request the Graphic Depts. authorization before you are allowed to upload your artwork. The link to get to this utility is as follows: http://dropbox.yousendit.com/godfreygroup

Upload limit for a single file is 2 Gigabyte, but you may upload multiple files separately if necessary. When possible if all files are together no more than 2 GB, please put them all in one folder and then zip or stuff the folder so that the folder only is uploaded. Please also fill in the Message Area with pertinent details such as your account reps name, your company name, your name and phone number.

Please also keep in mind that if your files are sent in this manner, we will have no color hardcopy as a point of reference to make sure that your files are opening and viewing correctly.
