You no longer have to settle for a straight wall and simple signage when you want a custom designed display and you only want to rent it.

Why Rent?
The decision to rent should be based on the frequency with which you plan to use your exhibit. If you are only testing the waters, an exhibit rental makes economic sense. If you plan to continue your exhibit marketing program, then a purchase option makes sense. Generally, when you plan to use the same exhibit three or more times with little or no change in graphics a purchase is the best course; however, there are many circumstances when a rental is a better option.

• You are testing your product or a new market and plan only one event.
• You have overlapping shows and need a second display solution.
• You need to change your look and graphic message from show to show.

A rental display can run 50% to 65% less than a purchase. We offer numerous rental options. Consider your objective and the message you want to convey.

Options include:

• A standard portable display with graphics creating a custom look.
• A combination of our systems configured for a custom look.
• A customized TechForm or Truss beam .
• A complete custom PodForum.

A customized portable is a fast, simple approach and is achieved by combining shapes, configurations or variations of a portable such as a folding panel ShowTopper or a pop-up SpaceStation, or Forum frame system. Custom graphics are fast and fairly inexpensive.
To keep your exhibit marketing options open, you can choose to combine our portable and modular rentals with purchased components or combine with your existing components such as shelving, showcases, cabinets, etc. You can grow your company and expand into a larger event space by combining your purchased display property with a rental.
The most expensive rental would be a custom TechForm with custom laminate panels or cabinetry. The TechForm is a heavy-duty aluminum frame to which hard or soft panels can be added.
Truss is a versatile option. Our truss beam is a functional choice that provides an industrial look and provides a convenient means for mounting video monitors, light boxes, banner graphics, theatrical lights and merchandising attachments such as shelving and garment rods.
Both our TechForm and TrussMe truss are good options for a high tech look.
The most economical, fully custom rental option might be our fabric covered PodForum, a skeletal frame that is bent to represent nearly any shape from building blocks to such diverse shapes as trumpet cones, animal forms or other abstract shapes. The skeleton is an ultra light aluminum frame over which printed fabric graphics are stretched. This approach saves time and costs in fabrication, shipping and setup, while offering a totally custom look.
The fabric graphic skin can replicate nearly any surface from water to brick and stone. This fabrication option makes possible mega-size structures, yet the structure remains very light in weight while providing a very elegant look. Sheer, see-thru fabric graphics is one fabric option that is very sophisticated, particularly when lighted by programmable LED wash lights. Fabrics can be opaque or semi-transparent. Fabric graphics may be front or back lit. Nearly any mood can be created from soothing, low-light glow to a high-energy, pulse-pounding environment that changes color with variable frequency.
