With the economy taking its downturn, and with places like the Las Vegas Convention Center Authority reporting the cancellation of 340 conventions and trade shows, Event planners and their peers are beginning to look for ways to cut corners on their booth and display costs in the trade show and convention industry. This is especially true for planners or exhibitors that do many shows but are cutting back to only a single show that they do in a year. What do they use as their trade show display?
Some of the exhibitors are turning to renting their exhibit booths and displays. this way they don’t have to worry about paying for a booth or display that they may only use a single time in a year. They don’t have to store it and worry about its upkeep. Many exhibitors are also turning to rental displays as this is a better way to have multiple displays when they have shows at opposite ends of the country at the same time.
