Every business has business cards to give to potential customers, of course, but WHEN do your customers get your card?
At the trade show I attended on Saturday, there was a large table in the foyer, and it was covered with stacks of business cards. Attendees were poring over the topics, selecting cards of interest, and following the information on those cards to the appropriate kiosk or booth wherein was set up the business or service needed by that customer.
Once at the booth, a different business card was handed out.
My point? Turn a trade show attendee into a potential customer before he/she even enters the showroom! Make sure YOUR business cards are easily available in the foyer, as well as at your kiosk or booth.
