I’ve posted before about the importance of BEING READY when the trade show opens, but here is another piece of advice about that: It’s even better to be ready for your customers and potential customers BEFORE everybody else is ready!
Get to the venue as early as you can, and set up your kiosk or booth. Remember, at least two people, so there is always someone to talk to potential customers!
When the show actually opens, other vendors might still be setting up, but you got there early and are ready to sell!
